Shipping Policy
We always offer free nationwide shipping on all orders over $59! All other orders ship for $5.95. Orders shipping outside of the contiguous U.S. are not eligible for free shipping.
No code is required to receive free shipping and the savings will be applied automatically to your shopping cart when the subtotal is or greater than $59. To automatically qualify for free shipping, orders must ship together on the same day to the same address within the contiguous U.S.
Refund Policy
Return Procedure
A return authorization number must be issued before returning the product in order to receive a refund. Request a return authorization number emailing or contacting us via the chat option.
Please indicate your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. We will provide a return authorization number, write this number on the outside of the package containing your returned item(s), and send to:

Exchanges
Ordered the wrong size or item? Simply place an order online for the correct item and return any item(s) that you do not want in their original condition following the instructions above.
Cancelled Orders
Please be aware that we process orders the same day they are placed, so you are not usually able to cancel your order after it is placed. However, if you contact us shortly after placing the order we may be able to prevent the package from shipping. However, we cannot guarantee than any order can be successfully cancelled after it has been placed.
Fulfillment Mistake
If you have received an incorrect item, please email or contact us via the chat option. Please reference your order number and we will provide instructions for returning the item and obtaining the correct replacement. All items received by mistake must be reported within the 60 day return policy period.
